MTV is Rolling Out New CRM Deployment and Sales Processes with Happit


MTV Oy is Finland’s largest commercial television company that broadcasts news, entertains its viewers and creates new experiences 24/7. MTV is owned by the Swedish media company Bonnier AB.

Happit partner Cloudriven provides CRM service for MTV to support customer management, sales and marketing business areas. Recently MTV upgraded the CRM service to the latest version called Vuolas which is an application inside Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Within this upgrade project, MTV took several new CRM features and operation models into use.

Putting new sales processes into practice meant extensive amount of employee training for MTV. Happit Single Click learning service was a vital part of the CRM deployment project. It enabled providing the end users the CRM training within the CRM user interface. Also due to the flexibility of Happit, the training content targeted at new technology learning but also to the benefits of using it. By using Happit, the system training as a whole became smoother. As a result, end user learning happened real-time in addition to the traditional in-person attendance training.
